Today we made this Good Friday Easter Breakfast. This is so easy to make and also a great breakfast to make the kids on Easter morning. My 3 year old helped make this and we had a great time talking about Jesus and all that he has done for us. Feeling so thankful and blessed.

Good Friday Easter Breakfast

Start out by making 3 pancakes in a pan on low heat. Then cut around the edges to look like mountains using kitchen scissors. Beat 2 eggs in a bowl and pour in the pan like you are making a omelette. Place the eggs on a work surface and cut the edges using your kitchen scissors. We also cut crosses from 2 pieces of turkey bacon.

Isaiah 53:5
But he was pierced for our transgressions,
he was crushed for our iniquities;
the punishment that brought us peace was on him,
and by his wounds we are healed.

  1. The ONE thing you’re not supposed to do on this day is eat meat. You clearly didn’t think this recipe through.
