We made this Snowman Quesadilla Dinner tonight and my boys thought it was awesome! Super easy to make and a fun winter dinner that the kids will love!
Snowman Quesadilla Dinner
2 Tortillas
Black Beans (cooked)
Shredded Cheese
Red and Orange Bell Pepper
Sour Cream
How To Make A Snowman Quesadilla
- Start out by folding the tortillas in half and then cutting out a circle using kitchen scissors.
- Sprinkle cheese in between the tortillas and heat in a skillet or in the microwave for 1 minute.
- Place the quesadillas on a plate. Decorate with black beans and strips of bell pepper.
- Put a little bit of sour cream in a baggie and snip off the corner. Then squeeze on the bottom of the plate and in dots to look like snow.
