My 5 year old wanted to make cookies and wanted something colorful. So we decided to make these White Chocolate Funfetti Pudding Cookies loaded with rainbow chocolate chips & sprinkles! These cookies are SO soft & delicious…they turned out just perfect!

White Chocolate Funfetti Pudding Cookies
- ¾ cup butter, softened
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant white chocolate pudding mix, dry
- ¾ cup white cake mix, dry
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2-1/4 cups flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup jimmies
- 1/2 cup mini rainbow chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Cream together the butter and sugars…
Add in pudding package and the ¾ cup of cake mix and beat until well blended. My 5 year old LOVES to use the mixer!
Add eggs and vanilla and mix until smooth…
Stir together flour, salt and baking soda…
Add the flour in SLOWLY until combined….
My 5 year old did NOT add the flour in slowly and this is what happens. He loved it! Me…not so much, but at least we all got a good laugh!
Pour in your sprinkles…
Roll into 1″ balls and place on greased (or lined with mats) baking sheet. Press the mini rainbow chips on top like this…
They should look like this….
Bake for about 10 minutes. They will look like this when they come out of the oven. Let them sit for about 4 minutes to set before you scoop them up….
My boys could not wait to get their hands on these cookies!
They are so soft & chewy. The PERFECT consistency….
