So many people have gone nuts over our Orange Creamsicle Dip and Creamsicle Pie so we know ya’ll are going to love this delicious float cocktail!
How Do You Make a Boozy Creamsicle Float?
It’s a simple and delicious combination of orange and vanilla to make the classic creamsicle flavor. For this you will use orange soda, whipped cream vodka and vanilla ice cream. It’s seriously one of the best cocktails you will ever make!
You can also leave out the alcohol if you prefer and the kids will adore this creamsicle version compared to a typical rootbeer float. It’s okay to leave out the ice cream as well. Mix in the vanilla vodka and then top with whipped cream.
Spiced Rum is also an option over vodka, but we love this combination the best.
Make sure you’re using a sweetened orange soda like Sunkist or Fanta. Orange flavored sparkling water will not work with this recipe.
