A muffin pan is the secret to the “deep dish’ texture. Make sure the muffin cavities are well greased though or you know what will happen. And since all kids everywhere that have ever been born refuse to eat anything that even looks burnt, it’ll wind up being a sad waste of time and food.

Mini Deep Dish Pepperoni Pizzas

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup mini pepperonis

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Grease a large muffin pan and assemble all ingredients.
  • Press a biscuit into each cavity of your muffin pan, creating a well in the center.
  • Add half a tablespoon of tomato sauce to the well of the biscuit, then top with 1 Tablespoon of cheese and three mini pepperonis.
  • Bake for 12 minutes, until crusts of the mini pizzas are golden brown.
