Red Velvet Fudge is a decadent chocolate dessert. If you make one treat this Valentine’s Day, let it be this!

Fudge is one of my favorite treats because you can make it in so many ways and for so many holidays and occasions. I love Oreo Fudge, Cake Batter Fudge, Gingerbread Fudge… they’re just so yummy!

Red Velvet Fudge

For the base layer of this red velvet fudge, all you’ll need are chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and food coloring. Easy, right?

Make sure you do use the red dye or else it won’t turn to the beautiful red velvet color.

For the ganache on top, you just mix more chocolate chips with heavy whipping cream and voila!

This fudge recipe would not be more easy but the look and taste of it will have people thinking you bought it from a baker.

Fudge Tips

Parchment paper is your best friend when you make fudge. It makes getting it back out of dish so much easier. Cooking spray will work fine as well.

To cut it, make sure it has completely hardened. I usually leave it overnight just to be sure. Then heat your knife by running it under warm water. After each cut, wipe your knife clean before you make the next cut.

Easy peasy!
