What is the Best Candy Melt or Chocolate for Dipping?

When choosing candy melts, I like to use Wilton or other candy melts that are designed to be melted. However, I have used regular chocolate chips and while it works, I have found that candy melts work much better.

Where Can I Find a Cookie Cutter for These?

When looking for cookie cutters like these you can check big box stores like Walmart or look in craft stores like AC Moore or Michaels. This cookie cutter is made by Wilton. I find it easier to the Mickey Mouse Cookies Cutter head online so I do not have to go from store to store looking.
