Here are two version of a Leprechaun Fruit Snack that we have made and my boys loved these! I don’t know what it is about St. Patrick’s Day, but it’s one of our favorite holidays to make fun food. Maybe it’s all of the gold and rainbows that just make us all happy!:)

Leprechaun Fruit Snack

These fruit snacks are a healthy treat and easy to make. Best of all, they are something that you can get the kids involved in making. Get creative and use the fruit that you have on hand and the kids will love it!

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Start out by cutting the front off of the apple using a knife.
  2. Cut out a hat from that slice.
  3. Attach it on the top using peanut butter or half of a toothpick.
  4. Save your apple scraps to cut out a nose.
  5. Cut a slice from a strawberry to make the mouth.
  6. Press on the edible eyes with peanut butter if needed.
  7. Cut clementine slices in half to make the beard. Use some peanut better to attach or break toothpicks in half to secure if needed.
  8. Press the heart sprinkles on the hat to make a shamrock.
