- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place strawberry cake mix, eggs, oil, and vanilla into a large mixing bowl, and combine using a fork or hand mixer.
- Using a cookie scoop, create dough balls with 1 tablespoon of the cookie dough and arrange on to the prepared baking pan lined with a silicone mat, about 2-inches apart.
- Place the cookies into the oven for 10 minutes, or until they just begin to turn a light brown. Make sure not to overbake.

I used Cherry Chip cake mix with white chocolate chips as couldnt find a strawberry cake mix. The cookies tuned out good & were very tasty.
I love the white chocolate, it really complements the flavors! Thanks for sharing!
Try this instead. 1 box of cake mix, 1 stick of soft butter, I box of soft cream cheese, 1 egg, 2 cups white chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon of strawberry extract (optional). Mix and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Roll balls of dough in confectionery sugar and bake for 12 mins at 350. You’re welcome.
