Ever heard of Thai Sloppy Joe Sliders before now? Buckle up friends because we’re about to take Sloppy Joes to a whole ‘nuther level.

We like “sloppy” sandwiches. Can’t deny it. And sometimes you’ve got to take an old favorite and add a little something extra. For instance, our Rodeo Sloppy Joes, Brown Sugar Bacon Sloppy Joes, and Philly Cheesesteak Sloppy Joes, put a twist on a famous original taste and turn it into the ultimate sandwich. We even have Sloppy Joe Dip to enjoy with your favorite chip or cracker! We love the taste of Sloppy Joes and this Thia version is one we think you will love too.

Thai Sloppy Joe Sliders

Start to finish, you’re only looking at about 25 minutes from start to table. That, my friend, is a darn good way to make a delicious supper in nothing flat. I love “fast food” on a weekday evening, and this recipe fits that criteria for me.

The hoisin sauce and sriracha give these a wonderfully sweet and spicy taste sensation that comes at you with just a bit of mild heat.

Broccoli Slaw

You’ll notice this recipe calls for a cup of broccoli slaw. You can buy this at the grocery store pre-packaged and ready to use. You won’t have to make it from scratch, which puts this meal on the table even faster.

The peanuts and garlic.

One TBSP of peanuts isn’t going to make much difference in the taste, in my opinion. It’s only for a topping on the sandwich itself. If you want to use them, chop up some peanuts and enjoy!

When it comes to garlic, I’ll admit I’m pretty lazy about chopping up garlic. That’s why I buy those wonderful, little glass jars of minced garlic. It saves me a ton of time, I never have too much garlic that’s going to sprout if I don’t use it fast enough. I grab it from the fridge and I’m all set.
