I scream, you scream, we all scream for wine ice cream! So, who would have ever thought that they were turn wine into ice cream! Such a lovely idea and guess what…it’s amazing!

Mercer’s Dairy came up with this brilliant mouth watering boozy dessert. The creamery is based in Upstate New York, though the ice cream can still be found in grocery stores all over the U.S. and in Europe. For all of you hoping to get a taste of wine ice cream, they have several different flavors to choose from, including Peach White Zinfandel, Port, Cherry Merlot, Spice, Lemon Sparkling, Strawberry Sparkling, Red Raspberry Chardonnay, Riesling, and Chocolate Cabernet.

Wine ice cream can be shipped by the pint, half gallon, five-quart pail or three-gallon tub. I suggest getting the three-gallon tub. You won’t regret it!
