- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can diced tomatoes with chilies
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 tomato diced
- 1 package shredded lettuce
- 2 cups shredded taco blend cheese
- 1 bag corn chips
- 1 cup sour cream
In a large skillet, brown the hamburger. Add taco seasoning and can of tomatoes with chilies. Simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Cook refried beans according to package directions. Set aside and allow to cool.
Construct the walking tacos in a pint-size mason jar by placing a layer of lettuce in the bottom of the jar.
Top the lettuce with a layer of tomato, then add a layers of cheese, ground beef, and refried beans.
Fill the remaining space in the jar with corn chips and garnish with sour cream.
