Red velvet fudge is a decadent chocolate dessert that's perfect for Valentine's Day! This easy chocolate fudge recipe is rich and romantic, topped with a creamy layer of homemade chocolate ganache.

Instructions

  • Line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray
  • Using a medium sauce pan, combine the white chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and sweetened condensed milk
  • Place over medium heat and mix until combined and smooth
  • Mix in the red food coloring
  • Pour the fudge into the prepared baking dish and set aside
  • Using a small sauce pan, heat up the heavy whipping cream over medium heat
  • Place the semi sweet chocolate chips into a heatproof glass bowl
  • Once the whipping cream starts to simmer pour over the chocolate chips and allow to sit for 1 minute
  • Whisk the chocolate chips and heavy whipping cream until smooth
  • Pour the ganache over the top of the red velvet fudge
  • Place into the fridge over night before cutting into 1 inch squares.
