Red Velvet White Chocolate Chip Cookies
Red Velvet White Chocolate Chip Cookies are an easy dessert to make for Valentine's Day! These cake mix cookies are moist and chewy, just like a good cookie should be!

- 1 16.5oz box red velvet cake mix
- 1/3 C canola oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 C Nestle white chocolate chips
- 2 C pink and red sugar sprinkles
Preheat oven to 350 and line two large cookie sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
Using a standing mixer, beat together the cake mix, oil, and eggs until fully combined.
Place dough into the fridge to harden for 30 minutes
Remove from fridge after the 30 minutes is up and scoop two tablespoon sized balls of cookie dough into your hand and roll into a ball
Add sprinkles into a bowl and roll dough ball into the sprinkles
Place onto the cookie sheet and repeat steps for 12 more cookies
Place cookie sheet into the oven for 8 minutes
Remove from oven and place chocolate chips onto the top of the cookies
Place back into the oven for another 2 minutes then allow to cool completely on a wire rack
Repeat steps with remaining dough
