Spiced Rum Bacon and Chocolate Bundt Cake
I am loving this spiced rum bacon and chocolate bundt cake! Why didn’t I think of combining, chocolate, bacon and rum sooner?

Vanilla Rum Icing:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 cups powder sugar
- 1/4 cup Spiced rum
- 1/4 cup water
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
Grease one 10 inch Bundt cake pan.
In a large bowl with a electric mixer, beat cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, cup oil, water, and 1/2 cup spiced rum on high speed for 2 minutes.
Add the bacon, chocolate chips, and peanut butter chips, stir to combine.
Pour batter into the prepared pan.
Bake at 325 degrees F for 50-60 minutes.
Let cake stand for 20 minutes and then turn out onto a serving dish.
Make the Vanilla spiced rum glaze.
In a medium bowl combine butter, sugar, 1/4 cup of rum, and cup of water.
Mix until well combined.
Pour over the cake.
