Blackberry Mojito

The blackberry mojito: our favorite new mojito recipe! This is going to be a favorite all summer long with it’s fresh berries, lime and mint leaves. It just sounds so refreshing!

Ingredients

  • Blackberry Juice
  • 1 pint blackberries
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 6 whole mint leaves
  • Juice from half a lime
  • 2 oz rum
  • 2 oz blackberry juice
  • Sliced Lime wheels
  • soda water

Instructions

  • In a blender, add the blackberries, sugar and water.
  • Blend on medium until pureed.
  • Strain the blackberry mixture thru a mesh sieve.
  • Discard all the seeds.
  • In a glass, add the mint leaves, juice from the lime, and a splash of the soda water.
  • Muddle the mint and lime together.
  • Add your lime wheels into the glass
  • Top the glass with ice.
  • Add the rum, blackberry juice.
  • Lightly stir
  • Top with soda water.
  • Stir to combine.
  • Garnish with lime wedge, mint sprig and blackberries.
