Blackberry Mojito
The blackberry mojito: our favorite new mojito recipe! This is going to be a favorite all summer long with it’s fresh berries, lime and mint leaves. It just sounds so refreshing!

- Blackberry Juice
- 1 pint blackberries
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 6 whole mint leaves
- Juice from half a lime
- 2 oz rum
- 2 oz blackberry juice
- Sliced Lime wheels
- soda water
In a blender, add the blackberries, sugar and water.
Blend on medium until pureed.
Strain the blackberry mixture thru a mesh sieve.
Discard all the seeds.
In a glass, add the mint leaves, juice from the lime, and a splash of the soda water.
Muddle the mint and lime together.
Add your lime wheels into the glass
Top the glass with ice.
Add the rum, blackberry juice.
Lightly stir
Top with soda water.
Stir to combine.
Garnish with lime wedge, mint sprig and blackberries.
