Triple Chocolate Raspberry Brownies
These triple chocolate raspberry brownies are so good! This recipe takes your normal brownie mix and adds in chocolate chips, raspberry jam and fresh fruit.

- 1 box Triple Chocolate Chunk Brownie mix 9x13 pan
- oil, eggs, and water as described on the back of the box
- 1 C white chocolate chips
- 1/4 C raspberry jam
- 2 baskets fresh raspberries
- 1 bunch fresh mint sprigs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Follow the directions on the back of the brownie box to make the brownie batter.
Mix in 3/4 C white chocolate chips into the brownie mix.
Stir 1 1/2 C of fresh raspberries in the brownie mix.
Pour brownie mix into the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle remaining 1/4 C of white chocolate chips on top of the brownie batter
Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Remove from oven and set aside to cool completely.
Heat raspberry jam in the microwave for 30-45 seconds in intervals of 15 seconds.
Once the jam is soft, drizzle on top of the brownies
