Using a double boiler, melt your chocolate

Place 24 grasshopper cookies onto the cookie sheet

Dip 3/4 of the marshmallows into the chocolate and lightly shake the excess chocolate off

Spoon a little dollop of chocolate into the middle of the cookie and place the marshmallow onto the chocolate

Repeat steps with remaining chocolate

Pour the rest of the chocolate into the piping bag

Using the chocolate as a glue, pipe on a dot onto the back of the red M&M

Place the M&M onto the middle of the white part of the marshmallow

Pipe on a small dollop onto the back of the holly sprinkles and place a holly leaf on both sides of the M&M

Repeat with remaining cookies and marshmallows

Once done, let sit to harden for about 20-30 minutes
