Poop Emoji Cookies
Okay…I know some of you are shaking your head at these Poop Emoji Cookies, but I have 3 boys that think these are awesome!
Servings: 12 cookies

Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 1/4 tsp cream of tarter
- 1/2 C sugar
- 2/3 C powder sugar
- 1 TBSP vanilla
- brown food coloring
- small edible eyes
Instructions
- preheat the oven to 225 degrees
- In a standing mixer, add in the egg whites and cream of tarter.
- Mix on medium speed until soft peaks form and then increase to faster speed.
- Alternating between the sugar and powder sugar, add in 1 Tablespoon at a time until stiff peaks form.
- Add in the vanilla and a few drops of food coloring.
- Using a pastry bag with a circle tip, pipe on the meringues onto a baking sheet starting with a big circle, working into a small one to look like poop.
- Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
- Using left over meringue, add some to the back of the eyes and place the eyes onto the cooked meringues.
- Enjoy!
