- 1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
- ¼ Cup Peanut Butter
- ¼ Cup Honey
- ¼ Cup Shredded Coconut
- ¼ Cup Sunflower Seeds
- ¼ Cup Valentine’s Day M&M’s
- Optional: Wilton’s Heart Sprinkles
Combine all ingredients, except sprinkles in a medium size bowl and mix well.
Store in refrigerator for 20 minutes, then take out.
Using a cookie scoop, press mixture in tight and press out onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Optional: Place heart sprinkles on each bite.
Store in refrigerator for about 20 minutes to firm up.
