We created this Green Smoothie Monster the other day and my boys loved them. I am trying to get my boys to eat more healthy snacks and making them look fun really helps! These would also be really fun for Halloween as well!

Monster Green Smoothies

This is a fantastic way to load your kids up on fruit and veggies. My boys not only loved the monsters, but also loved the way the smoothies tasted. I plan on making them one of these often. We have also used kale, and other greens in place of spinach as well. Use what you have or what works for you! Get creative and let the kids create their own monsters!

Green Smoothie Monster Ingredients

  • Fruit- you’ll need a few bananas and an apple
  • Vegetables- spinach or kale works great
  • Milk- we used almond
  • Decorating- mini marshmallows and chocolate spread
  • Lollipop sticks
