This is such an elegant and simple dish. Air Fryer Rosemary Roasted Potatoes are a fantastic side dish. They’re quick and easy and can be served with many main courses. They are a great pairing with almost anything you’re cooking for dinner. The flavors are so good, they’re a little crunchy, and a little creamy, and a lot delicious. This is sure to be a favorite!

Ingredients

  • Baby gold Potatoes
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh Rosemary
  • Spray Olive Oil
  • Butter
  • Garlic salt
  • Pepper

How to Make Rosemary Roasted Potatoes in the Air Fryer

Wash and clean the potatoes in a colander. Then dry the potatoes with a kitchen towel.

Place the potatoes in a large bowl and spray them until they are well coated with olive oil spray.

Sprinkle the garlic salt and rosemary over the potatoes.

Then grate the fresh Parmesan cheese over potatoes, making sure they are coated in cheese.

Place the potatoes in the air fryer with the cut side down, and set the time for 8 minutes.

While the potatoes are cooking, place the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and melt the butter.

Sprinkle a little garlic salt and pepper in the butter.

Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the air fryer and put them into the bowl

Toss the potatoes in the garlic salt and pepper butter.

Move the potatoes to a serving dish, and grate a little more Parmesan cheese over top.

Garnish with sprigs of fresh Rosemary. Serve, and Enjoy!

What are the Best Potatoes for Roasting?

When making these potatoes I like to use baby gold potatoes, because I prefer the taste of these potatoes and I like the way they get crispy. You can use any type of potato you like or have on hand.

Do I Need to Turn The Rosemary Roasted Potatoes During Cooking?

With these potatoes being cooked in the Air Fryer, you do not have to worry about turning these during the cooking process.

Air Fryer Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 3 pound baby gold Potatoes
  • 1 wedge Parmesan cheese
  • 1 package fresh Rosemary
  • Spray Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Wash the Potatoes in a colander, and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
  • Cut the Potatoes in half, and place them in a large bowl.
  • Spray the Potatoes with the Olive oil, until well coated.
  • Sprinkle garlic salt and fresh Rosemary over Potatoes, and generously grate fresh Parmesan cheese over potatoes, until they're coated in cheese.
  • Place the potatoes cut side down in the air fryer, and set the time for 8 minutes.
  • While the Potatoes are cooking, melt the two Tablespoons of butter the Microwave, and sprinkle a little garlic salt in the butter.
  • Sprinkle a little pepper in the butter.
  • When the potatoes are done, remove them from the air fryer into the bowl, and toss them in the garlic pepper butter.
  • Place them in a serving dish, and grate a little more Parmesan cheese over the Potatoes.
  • Garnish with sprigs of fresh Rosemary.
  • Serve, and Enjoy!

Notes

You can add as much, or as little pepper, or garlic salt as you want to the butter. Keep in mind Potatoes need quite a bit of salt to make them really flavorful. If you want to measure the garlic salt, I'd say add about 1/2 a teaspoon to the butter.
