Antman Brownies

If your kids are obsessed with Marvel and all things Antman, they’re going to freak over these Antman Brownies. The new movie, Antman and The Wasp is set to hit theaters in July and we are already so excited! We will definitely be making these to celebrate the premiere.

Can make up to 28 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 C sweet, unsalted butter (room temp)
  • 2 C sugar
  • 4 eggs (room temp)
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2/3 C cocoa powder
  • 1 C flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 15 orange slice candy (chopped or cut with scissors)

Topping:

  • 1 container vanilla frosting
  • Red cake gel
  • Black cake gel
  • Red and black cake sprinkles
  • Orange slice candy

Antman Brownies

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Prep a 9×13 pan with parchment paper.
  3. Melt butter in the microwave.
  4. Remove from the microwave.
  5. Add ingredients one at a time.
  6. Add the sugar, eggs, vanilla, cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder.
  7. Using your electric mixer incorporate the above ingredients.
  8. Add the chopped orange slice candy.
  9. Stir well.
  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. (Do not over bake.)
  11. Allow the brownies while in the pan to cool completely.
  12. Remove brownie from baking pan.
  13. Frost brownie with vanilla frosting.
  14. Alternate with the red and black cake gel making stripes.
  15. With a toothpick drag the frosting stripes to make the design on the brownie,
  16. Cut the frosted brownie into individual servings.
  17. Add an icing dollop in the center of each brownie.
  18. Place an orange slice (candy) in the center of the icing dollop.
  19. Sprinkle the red and black sprinkles on each brownie.
