Frog Apples

We made these little frogs out of green apples and grapes. Just slice the apple in half and core. Cut 3 grapes in half for each frog and cut slits out for the feet. We cut a strawberry for the tongue. Cut a large marshmallow in half and put a chocolate chip on the sticky part for the eyes. You could also use a raisin. I attached these with a toothpick broken in half. Very quick and cute!

I have been looking everywhere for something to put in my daughter’s lunch. This is genius! I love the frog. She is going to get the biggest kick out of this. Thanks you so much for the idea!!

  2. Awesome..we are glad you like them! It's such a fun and easy way for the kids to eat fruit. They do however go for those marshmallows first!

  3. This is so unique! Love it! Stumbled across your blog just today, and totally am following now! I have four boys – so these ideas are very much appreciated!
