This delicious bacon cinnamon roll french toast casserole is our new favorite breakfast. Combining the flavors of cinnamon rolls, french toast and of course, bacon, it is an amazing recipe. You’re going to love it!

Bacon Cinnamon Roll French Toast Casserole
Ingredients for the casserole:
- 3 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls, icing reserved
- Non-stick baking spray
- 4 eggs room temperature
- ⅓ Cup milk
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 package of bacon fully cooked and crumbles 6-8 pieces
Icing ingredients:
- ½ c. powdered sugar
- 3 containers of icing from the cinnamon roll package
- 2 Tbsp. cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Remove cinnamon rolls from each package.
- Separate each roll and cut into quarters.
- Spray your 3 quart pan with pam heavily.
- Cook your bacon until well done.
- Remove from the heat and allow to dry.
- Crumble your bacon into small chunks.
- Spread cinnamon roll pieces, and bacon bits evenly in pan.
- In a large bowl add your eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- Whisk until combined.
- Pour egg mixture over cinnamon rolls.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes
Icing directions
- Combine your packaged cinnamon roll icing, powdered sugar, softened cream cheese, and milk.
- Whisk until smooth.
- Pour icing evenly over casserole.
- Enjoy
