These Bat Twinkies are a super fun Halloween treat to make with kids. It’s a fun and easy way to make a festive Halloween dessert without having to bake! Plus, everyone loves Twinkies!

Bat Twinkies Ingredients
- 1 box of chocolate Twinkies
- 1 bag of Ghirardelli melting milk chocolate
- 1 cookie sheet fitted with wax paper
- 1 package of small edible eyes
- 1 disposable piping bag
How To Make Bat Twinkies
- Unwrap the Twinkies and place onto the cookie sheet
- Place into the freezer for 10 minutes
- Using a double boiler, melt the chocolate and stir until smooth
- Dip the frozen Twinkie into the melted milk chocolate and fully coat
- Once all have been fully coated with the chocolate, set aside
- Place two edible eyes onto the top part of the Twinkie
- Scoop the rest of the melted chocolate into the piping bag and cut a small part of the tip
- On a bare part of the cookie sheet, pipe out 8 ‘wings’ for the bats
- Place cookie sheet into the fridge for 20 minutes so that chocolate can harden
- Once the 20 minutes is up, lightly peel of the wings and insert them into the sides, creating your bat!
