Beach Lunch

Beach Lunch
We made this Beach Lunch the beginning of summer and I just came across it in our pictures and thought I would share it. We made this lunch using bread, turkey, cheese, blueberry jello, Babybel cheese, 1 grape, 1 fruit roll up, a couple of goldfish crackers, 1 clementine, and 1 pretzel stick.

We rounded off the corners of our bread to fit on the plate to blend in with the water. Add the turkey and cheese in between the bread. Put on the plate and add the blueberry jello. Put a couple of goldfish crackers on that for fish. Put the pretzel stick on top of the sandwich. Cut a Babybel cheese snack in half and cut a design out of the wax for the umbrella. Put that on top of the pretzel stick. We used a green grape to look like a beach ball and cut a small piece off of a fruit roll up to make stripes. Peel the clementine and use that for the sun.
