BOOlicious Breakfast!

Ghost Egg Whites
My 5 year old wanted eggs for breakfast the other morning and really wanted something spooky made out of it so we came up with these cute ghosts made with egg whites.

We beat 2 egg whites and poured it into the pan like we were making a omelet. We put the cooked egg whites onto a cutting board and cut out our ghosts with a ghost cookie cutter. We made the eyes and mouth by cutting up raisins (that is what he wanted), but you could use dark grapes or chocolate chips.

Such a simple spooky side dish for breakfast that the kids will love!
