Waffle and Egg Easter Bunny Breakfast

We came up with this cute Bunny and Basket Breakfast for my 4 year old the other morning. We used 1 hard boiled egg, 2 waffles, 1 strawberry, a piece of cantaloupe, 1 raisin, and a few grapes.

Take your prepared waffles and cut them into a basket shape. Cut the grapes to look like grass and the strawberries and cantaloupe to look like eggs (you could use any fruit). Take your hard boiled egg and cut it in half. Cut the backside of the head just a bit to prevent from rolling over. Use the part that you cut off for his teeth. Cut the other half of the egg again for the ears. We used our scrap waffle for his whiskers and the ends of grapes for his eyes. Use a piece of strawberry for the nose. Cut two small pieces of the raisin for the eyes. It is so cute that it doesn’t even need any syrup!
