Baked Bunny Potato Soup and Cheesy Carrot Toast
We made this Baked Bunny Potato Soup and thought it would be cute to make a bunny out of it for Easter week. We used potato soup, bread, cheese, & lettuce.
We put cheddar cheese on a piece of bread and put it in the oven for 6 min. on around 425 degrees. Then we cut our cheese toast into a carrot shape. Cut off the crust of those pieces and then cut them into ear shapes. Cut the crusts into whiskers. Use the other scraps for the nose, eyes, and teeth. Make your favorite potato soup recipe and poor it in the bowl. Put on the toast ears and the rest of the face. Put the cheese toast carrot on the plate and add the lettuce leaves.
Took us less than 10 minutes to make the bunny and the kids loved it!
