Everyone is going to love these Snickers Cheesecake Brownies. With a brownie base, cheesecake, chocolate and everyone’s favorite candy bar I’m not sure there will be a person on the planet that won’t devour these.

Snickers Cheesecake Brownies

There are so many great flavors in these bars and they are so easy to make. You can also substitute other favorite candy bars for the topping or mix and match!

Ingredients You’ll Need

  • Brownie Recipe or mix
  • Oil
  • Eggs
  • Cream cheese
  • Granulated sugar
  • Chocolate chips You’ll use milk chocolate and semi-sweet.
  • Heavy whipping cream
  • Salt
  • Snickers candy bars- You can also use Milky Way, and Three Musketeers.

How To Make The Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Follow the directions of the brownie recipe or box mix to make the brownie batter.
  3. Pour brownie mix into the prepared baking dish.
  4. Bake in the 350 degrees preheated the oven for 25 minutes.

Making The Cheesecake

  1. Using a standing mixer, cream together the cream cheese and the sugar until well combined (you can use an electric mixer.
  2. Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each addition to combine.
  3. Add the chocolate chips.
  4. Stir to mix the chocolate chips into the cheesecake.
  5. Pour the batter onto the brownies.
  6. Bake at 300 degrees until the cheesecake is just beginning to turn golden around the edges.
  7. Check to make sure the cheesecake doesn’t jiggle in the center. (About 30-40 minutes)
  8. Cool the bars on the counter for 20 minutes.
  9. Cover and place in the refrigerator until completely chilled.

How To Make Chocolate Ganache

  1. Using a double boiler combine the heavy whipping cream and chocolate chips and melt on medium heat.
  2. Using a whisk, gradually mix the chocolate ganache until melted.
  3. The ganache will start to become slightly thick.
  4. Let the ganache cool to room temperature.
  5. Scoop the ganache into a piping bag.
  6. Drizzle the ganache on top of the cheesecake.
  7. Toss the chopped candy bars on top of the drizzled ganache.
  8. Drizzle more ganache on top of the candy.

Cheesecake:

  • 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs room temp
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Chocolate Ganache:

  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream chilled
  • Pinch of salt
