We made this fun Cinco De Mayo Lunch today and we had a lot of fun making this! It’s so easy! Takes just minutes to make and the kids will love it!
You need…
1 Smucker’s Uncrustables PB&J (or you could use the deli flat bread)
1 Red Apple
3 Mini Chocolate Chips
Peanut Butter
A Half of a Banana
1 Mini Marshmallow
We cut off the back bottom side of the apple so it would tilt back just a bit. We cut off the front of the apple for the face. We cut out the mustache using kitchen scissors from the apple peel scraps. We also cut out small circles to put around the sombrero. We did this by using the bigger side of a frosting tip. We cut a mini marshmallow in half for the eyes and used mini chocolate chips for the pupils. Same for the nose. We cut off the end of a banana and put that on top of the Uncrustables sandwich. We glued everything on with peanut butter.
Here is my 8 year old son with his Cinco de Mayo Lunch!
