Easter Burger Basket
We came up with this fun Easter Burger Basket for dinner one night. We used Morning Star burgers, cheese, buns, tomato, pickles, lettuce, and potato wedges.

We made our burgers. We flipped the bun over and put the top of the bun on the plate. Cut the middle out of the bottom bun and set aside. We put on the burger and cheese. We then put on our cut out bottom bun on the top. Filled it will shredded lettuce. We cut a tomato and pickle into egg shapes. Spread those out on the lettuce. We attached our potato wedges on the top for the handle using toothpicks.

My 4 year old does not like tomatoes so we just made his eggs out of ketchup and mustard. That looked just as cute. This is a fun thing to make with the kids! You can check out all of our other Easter fun food creations HERE!
