Easter Potato Eggs with a Bunny Biscuit and Salad
We baked our potato and then cut it in half. We then painted them with our sour cream and cheese. We cut a couple of slits on top of the biscuits before baking to make some ears. We cut up a raisin for the eyes and nose. We cut a darker piece of lettuce for the whiskers. We added our salad to the plate and placed our bunny crackers on top. It’s a fun dinner for the kids and a good way to get them to eat some salad!
You can buy the Annie’s bunny crackers in most grocery stores. They are usually in the natural food section.
