Easy Earth Day Cupcakes

We created these Earth Day Cupcakes tonight & they are SO easy to make! Great for the kids to make themselves & also for a quick treat for class parties at school.

Easy Earth Day Cupcakes

Cake Mix
Frosting
Sweet Works Green Gumballs
Blue Edible Marker
Red Heart Sprinkles

Start out by making your cupcakes according to package directions. Cool & frost. Color the green gum ball with the blue edible marker to make the water. The kids will love doing this part. Place the gum ball (earth) on top in the middle. Add the heart sprinkles around the edges….that’s it!
