We used premade sugar cookies to keep this recipe simple and one you could easily do with the kids without much preparation but you can also use our Best Sugar Cookie Recipe to make them homemade. It’s definitely worth the extra effort compared to store bought.

  • Sugar Cookies
  • 1 Can of White Frosting
  • Blue Food Coloring
  • Gum Drops
  • Mini Marshmallows

  1. Squeeze 2-3 drops of blue food coloring into the white frosting and stir until completely blended.
  2. Frost the tops of the cookies.
  3. Place 4 different colored gumdrops around the top of the frosted cookie and 2 mini marshmallows on the ends to look like clouds.

That’s it! These cookies are SO simple! These would be so cute to make for a St. Patrick’s Day class party at school or as a class project for the kids to decorate themselves as well.
