These Easy St. Patrick’s Day Cupcakes are the cutest things ever. Add a golden Oreo, marshmallows and rainbow candy to make a simple and yummy holiday treat.

Each year we start the St. Patrick’s Day celebrations in the morning with Shamrock Cinnamon Rolls or Leprechaun Pancakes. Then the kids get to pick a sweet treat to make and this year it’s definitely these easy St. Patrick’s Day cupcakes!

Easy St. Patrick’s Day Cupcakes

This recipe is a basic white cake mix with a few fun toppings to make this sparkle.

After you’ve made your cupcakes by using the instructions on the box, frost them with your favorite white frosting.

Add your gold Oreo, marshmallows for clouds and some rainbow candy strips for a rainbow. Extreme Air Heads are our favorite.

The kids can definitely help assemble these and it’s a fun craft. Easy St. Patrick’s Day cupcakes are my new favorite Irish treat!

Making Gold Oreos

This is so fun! The Golden flavor Oreos are my favorite (if you haven’t tried them, you must!) You can buy different colors of food spray at your local grocery or craft store. Just grab the golden color and spray your Oreos to make them look like literal gold!

Of course, if you want to you could skip this step, but it really is a lot of fun and adds a little something extra.

These easy St. Patrick’s Day cupcakes would be really fun for a class party, a St. Patty’s Day party treat, or just hanging out at home with the family!

Enjoy your sweet treat!
