We are on day 3 of our fun & easy Valentine cupcake ideas & today we are sharing these super cute Owl Cupcakes that take just minutes to make! We are also including a couple of FREE printables (listed below)! These would be super cute for class parties & the kids can help make these as well.

Valentine Owl Cupcakes

White Cake Mix (we like Pillsbury)
White Frosting
Sweet Works Red Gumballs
Pink, Red, & White Heart Sprinkles
Orange Sprinkles
Red Cookie Icing (Betty Crocker)
Black Edible Marker
Lollipop Sticks

Start out by making your cupcakes according to the package directions. Let them cool then frost them with the white frosting. Make a dot on the white heart sprinkles & attach on the front of the red gumball using the icing. Attach on the orange sprinkles to make a beak & feet. We also attached 3 pink hearts on the sides for wings. We snipped off the tops of 2 heart sprinkles using kitchen scissors & then attached them with the icing. Place the owl gumball on the frosted cupcake & then add 2 red heart sprinkles on the sides.

Add the printable on the back & that’s it…super easy & cute!

  1. Thanks for linking up to Tip Me Tuesday linky party this week. {knuckle bumps} Did you know that I can "lend" your blog posts my Google page rank for better search engine traffic? {fabulous} If you upload at least 2 images, 2 steps, and blog post URL into your Tip Junkie craft room, you'll be in business! {wink} ~ Laurie {a.k.a. the Tip Junkie}
