Chicken Parmesan in the Air Fryer
  • 4 skinless chicken breasts thinly sliced from your butcher
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese grated
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • ¾ cup marinara sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 1 jar of Marinara sauce
  • 1 package of spaghetti
  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 460.
  2. Spray the basket with cooking spray if needed in your machine.
  3. Place the chicken breasts on a hard surface.
  4. Combine the panko bread crumbs, parmesan, and seasonings in a bowl large enough to dip the chicken breasts.
  5. Stir to combine.
  6. Place the eggs in a bowl, beat your eggs until frothy. large
  7. Dip the chicken in the egg and then in the panko crumbs mixture.
  8. Set to the side
  9. Place your chicken in the Air Fryer.
  10. Spray the top of the chicken with olive oil cooking spray.
  11. Cook for 7 minutes.
  12. Place the chicken on a baking sheet
  13. Set your oven temp to broil on high
  14. Top each of the breasts with marinara sauce and the shredded mozzarella.
  15. Cook for 3 minutes or until cheese has melted.
  16. Cook the spaghetti as directed on the package
  17. Once cooked toss the noodles in the leftover marinara.
  18. Place the chicken on top of the noodles
  19. Enjoy
