Serves: 4 cups
Ingredients
  • 1 package fully cooked bacon slices
  • 1 container sour cream (16 oz)
  • 2 C freshly shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • ⅓ C freshly sliced chives
  • 2 tsp hot sauce
Instructions
  1. Following directions on the bacon package, microwave until crisp.
  2. Drain.
  3. Allow bacon to cool. (10 minutes)
  4. Crumble bacon.
  5. Put bacon in a bowl.
  6. Add sour cream, cheese, chives, and hot sauce in the bowl.
  7. Mix all ingredients.
  8. Cover and chill from 1 to 24 hours.
  9. Serve with crispy, warm waffle fries.
