These popsicles are especially great for kids and toddlers. They will love the taste and load them up with vitamins that may help minimize their sickness according to studies.

Ingredients You Will Need:

  • Elderberry Syrup
  • Grape Juice
  • Raw Honey
  • Orange Juice

Other Beneficial Ingredients:

Raw Honey: Honey may be a very effective natural cough remedy and can also be helpful with upper respiratory tract infections. Raw honey also helps soothe throats.

Orange Juice: a wonderful source of vitamin C that is a powerful antioxidant that plays a large role in immune function.

Grape Juice: also contains vitamin C which functions as an antioxidant to support a healthy immune system.

Elderberry Popsicles

These Elderberry Popsicles help boost the immune system and also help soothe sore throats. Super easy to make and perfect for cold and flu season!

Prep: 10 minutes
Freeze: 5 hours
Total: 5 hours 10 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoons Elderberry Syrup
  • 2 cups Grape Juice
  • 1/2 cup Orange Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Raw Honey

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a large pitcher and stir well.
  • Pour into popsicle molds and freeze 30 minutes, then add the wooden popsicle sticks. Freeze for another 5 hours.
  • Once frozen, run warm water over the mold for about 30 seconds and gently release the popsicles.
  • Serve and enjoy!
