Kitchen Fun With My 3 Sons

A Fishtastic Lunch!

Fish Sandwich Lunch
We made this fun Fish Lunch last year and I remember my then 4 year old just loving this! It’s very easy to make! We used 2 pieces of bread, 2 slices of cheese, 2 slices of turkey, cheese puffs, colored gold fish crackers, 1 mini marshmallow, 1 raisin.

We cut the bread into a circle and cut the scraps for the tales using kitchen scissors. Cut stripes and circles out of the cheese to fit the bread. We cut a marshmallow in half for the eyes and cut a raisin in half for the pupils. We used cheese puffs for bubbles and colored gold fish crackers for the surrounding fish.

This lunch is also fun for the kids to help with. Let them design their own fish!

Stopping by from the Welcome Wednesday Blog Hop!

Adorable and perfect for my nephews, thank you for sharing.

What a fun creative mom you are!

This is so much fun. It's so creative.

That's a great idea. What a fun mother you are! Hi Jill, I'm Connie at, your new GF friend. I would love if you stop by and be my friend, too.
Thanks for sharing this, I'm going to try it while I'm here visiting my grandchildren.

I used to do things like that with my kids. They are both 15 and 12 now and are very good little chefs. You are doing the right thing getting your cuties involved in the kitchen!

My weekly Say G’day Saturday Linky Party is on now and I would be so thrilled if you could join in and link up this great post!

Best wishes for a fabulous weekend!

WOW I wish I thought of this when my daughter was younger, but thanks to you, I'll get a second chance! She's 14 now, but she'll be doing school at home this year, and I'll be watching my 5 y.o. (step) grandson 2-3 times per week. What I can do is plan to let *them* do the creative projects for their lunches!

These are great, we are making them for sure! Featuring you today you can find it here
