We came up with a super easy Grinch Cupcake Topper made with marshmallows and edible color spray! My boys love The Grinch and they adored these cupcakes!
Grinch Marshmallow Cupcakes
Cake Mix
White Frosting
Jumbo Marshmallows (cut in half)
Stacker Marshmallows (we use Jet-Puffed)
Mini Marshmallows (cut in half)
Red and Green Color Spray (Wilton)
Black Edible Marker
Yellow Starburst
Red Candies
Cut the jumbo marshmallows in half using kitchen scissors. Lay them on wax paper and spray them with edible green color spray. Cut two corners off of the stacker marshmallows into a triangle shape and lay them on wax paper. Spray them with edible red color spray. Draw a mouth and eye brows on the green jumbo marshmallow half using edible black marker. Cut the corners off of a Starburst and shape them into eyes. Ours stuck on without using frosting. Press on red candies for the pupils. We cut mini marshmallows in half to decorate the hat. Attach with some left over frosting. That’s it!!
Here is a side view….
He’s a tasty one…Mr. Grinch!
