We made this Halloween Fruit Tray with Spooky Fruit Snacks the other day and my boys LOVED this! This is a great way to get your kids to load up on fruit for their after school snack or would be great to serve at class parties at school!

Halloween Fruit Snack...Kids will love this Spooky & Healthy Snack and this is SO easy to make!

We love making Halloween treats, but it’s nice to make some healthy Halloween creations that the kids will actual love! They are so loaded up on candy this time of year and it’s nice to have something fun and healthy to serve them. The best thing about this is that they love getting to eat chocolate dip not knowing that it’s unsweetened Greek yogurt mixed with Nutella!

Now how about that for a Trick & a Treat?!:)

Halloween Fruit Tray with Greek Yogurt Fruit Dip

1 Large Container Greek Yogurt (unsweetened)
1/4 Cup of Nutella
2 Clementines
Pretzel Sticks
3 Bananas
Raisins
1 Red Apple
Green Grapes
Mini & Mallobits Marshmallows
Peanut Butter

How To Make Spooky Fruit Snacks

To make the Spider Web Greek Yogurt Dip you want to scoop out the yogurt into a bowl reserving about 1/2 cup. Mix the 1/4 of Nutella with the yogurt. Spoon the reserved yogurt in a baggie then snip off the corner. Squeeze on a web on the top. We made the spider using raisins, but you could also do this with dark grapes as well….

To make the Vampire Apples you need to cut the apple in 4 pieces. Then cut a wedge from the top using a knife. Cut a mini marshmallow in half to make the fangs & attach with peanut butter. We used Mallowbits for the other teeth….

To make the Ghost Bananas you want to peel then cut in half. Use raisins for the eyes & mouth attaching with peanut butter…so so easy!

To make the Monster Eye Balls you want to cut the grapes in half. Cut the mini marshmallows in half as well. Press the black edible marker in the middle of the marshmallow then place them on top of the grapes (they will stick)…

To make the Orange Pumpkins you want to cut a couple of clementines in half then press a piece of a pretzel stick in the top….

See how such simple fun food creations can be so cute!

Watch how it’s made…

Love the ideas! Do the bananas and apple need to be dipped into lemon juice to prevent browning?

    1. Hi Barbara, yes…brushing on lemon juice will definitely help prevent browning. Thanks!

Super cute ideas but you might warn people to be sure to clearly label it as containing peanut butter or Nutella. Food allergies are on an alarmingly fast rise…it’d be a shame to have a party guest end up being rushed to the hospital.

I love this! I pinned it to my Halloween Party Pinterest Board for next year. I wish I had seen this earlier!

I'd love for you to share your spooky snack with my readers at Motivation Monday!
