What Apples are Best for Cinnamon Apples?
You want to make sure the apples you choose are good baking or cooking apples. Some apples are best for baking while others do not get soft enough or get too soft. I recommend using honey crisp or granny smith apples.
How Long Are These Good in the Refrigerator?
While apples uncooked will last several weeks, these apples will only last a few days. You want to make sure that the apples are stored in an airtight container and stored in the refrigerator for the best results.
