Instant Pot Easter Bundt Cake

This is one of my favorite cakes. Because it is made in the Instant Pot, it is a moist and tender cake. This is a basic cake recipe that is dressed up for Easter by adding food coloring. This cake looks beautiful when it is sliced thanks to the different colors in the cake batter.

  • French vanilla cake mix – Using a cake mix saves time when making this Easter Bundt Cake. You can use your favorite vanilla cake recipe.
  • Eggs
  • Water
  • Oil
  • Pink and Yellow gel food coloring – I always recommend using gel food coloring. It gives a bright color to the batter and it doesn’t change the consistency of the cake.
  • Whipped white frosting – Using a premade packaged frosting is a time-saving step. You can use a vanilla frosting recipe if you wanted.
  • Spring colored sprinkles

Can You Freeze Bundt Cake?

I love to freeze cakes. Freezing this bundt cake lets you have this delicious cake on hand whenever the craving hits. There are two ways to freeze this cake. You can slice the cake and freeze it in individual slices or you can freeze the cake as a whole. If you have added the frosting to the cake, you will want to freeze the cake on a plate first. This prevents the frosting from sticking to the plastic wrap.
