Kitchen Fun With My 3 Sons

July 4th Babybel Cheese Appetizer or Snack!

We thought it would be cute to make Babybel Cheese Snacks for the 4th of July! These are so easy to make and would be great for a July 4th party.

All we did was cut a star shape out of a Babybel using a star cookie cutter. It would be easy to cut with a knife as well if you do not have a star cookie cutter. Just push it in and pop out the star. Push them on a lollipop stick and that is it! We wrapped a blue ribbon around our sticks for a festive look.

Make sure you tell the little ones to pull off the wax before eating them! Here is my youngest taking a big bite with the wax on. The crazy thing is… he wanted to eat the wax and seemed to like it before I put a stop to it. However, he likes to eat paper, stickers, etc…so this is not unusual for him!
