Making numbers using fruit...great for birthdays and parties!
Happy 4 Year Anniversary to Kitchen Fun With My 3 Sons!
It’s hard to believe that it’s been 4 years. Time just flies when you are having fun!  I made this fun fruit snack for my boys today to celebrate so they would have a healthy afternoon snack as well. I was thinking that this would also be a fun idea to serve at birthday parties! Just buy a container or fruit salad and line the pieces of fruit in the shape of any number on a platter…so simple.
We were looking back today at lots of our creations and thinking of all the fantastic memories that we have.  We have created almost 900 original fun food ideas…that just sounds crazy to us! Back when we started there were not a lot of fun food blogs and now it has become quite popular. We are so happy about that, but do take pride in creating original concepts and fun food creations.
This Speedster Sub was our first post (not the best picture, but a really cute idea)…

Our Phineas and Ferb Pound Cake Slices is the first creation that started to bring a large amount of people to our blog and follow along with us. Meaghan from The Decorated Cookie Blog shared this on a web site that she was working with at the time and we were so excited that she liked it. We didn’t take our blog very seriously at the time and just started the blog to show family and friends our fun food.  By Meaghan sharing this it gave us the confidence that we might actually make pretty cute stuff!

We found the first picture that I posted on the blog of my 2 older boys holding their Clementine Chicks….seems like this was forever ago!
We never would have thought our blog would become so popular and we just love creating new ideas for picky eaters, parties, & just showing how much fun we have in the kitchen!  We are so blessed to have such amazing readers and appreciate every comment, email, and share that all have contributed to of our creations these past 4 years.
All of our readers have become such a big part of our lives and we love every single one of you. Lots of you have watched my boys grow up from our pictures and we have made so many special friendships with other bloggers.
We hope to continue creating and sharing fun food ideas for years to come!:)
