Lion Hummus Snack

We made this fun Lion Hummus Snack today and my boys loved it. This is a great after school snack for the kids and a great way to get them to eat carrots & hummus!
Lion Hummus Snack
Hummus (we like Sabra)
Baby Carrots
Pita Crackers (Keebler)
Pretzel Sticks
Edible Eyes
Start out by spooning on some hummus on a plate. We cut baby carrots in half. Then we placed the halves together and lined them around the hummus. We placed pita crackers on top of the carrots. We cut out a nose, ears, & mouth from the carrots. We also sliced a few small carrots and lined them around the edges of the face. We used pretzel sticks for whiskers & edible eyes. Super easy!
Here are my 2 older boys with their Lion Snack…
If your kids refuse to eat hummus…give this fun lion snack a try! It just might work & it’s so easy to put together!:)
