Loaded Reese’s Pieces Cookies
I make so many different types of cookies all throughout the year, and especially at Christmas time. So I know my cookies, and these Loaded Reese’s White Chocolate Chip Cookies are absolutely delicious! Real butter gives them a chewy around the edges but soft in the middle texture, and they’re positively packed with Reese’s Pieces, white chocolate, and peanut butter chips.

The Ingredients
Here’s what you’ll need to make the Reese’s White Chocolate Chip Cookies (the exact measurements and full recipe instructions are below in the printable recipe card):
- All-purpose flour – when measuring the flour, you can scoop the measuring cup right into the flour. I find that with this recipe, spooning the flour into the cup doesn’t work well. Scooping the measuring cup into the flour packs more flour into the cup, and that works fine for this recipe.
- Baking soda
- Butter – use regular salted butter.
- Light brown sugar
- Granulated sugar
- Eggs
- Vanilla extract
- White chocolate chips
- Peanut butter chips – Reese’s makes wonderful peanut butter chips, but any peanut butter chips that you like will work.
- Reese’s Pieces
How to Make Reese’s Pieces Cookies
Preheat the oven to 375ºF. Line 2 large cookie sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda; set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla extract and mix until combined. Stir in the flour mixture, but do not over-mix.
Gently fold in the white chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and 1/2 cup of the Reese’s Pieces.
Use a 1/4 cup measure to scoop the dough into balls and then roll between your hands to smooth. Place each dough ball on the prepared cookie sheets. Press the remaining Reese’s Pieces onto the top of the cookie dough balls.
Bake the cookies at 375ºF for 10-11 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges. Transfer the cookies to a wire cooling rack to cool.
Variations
Chocolate chips – You can use semisweet chocolate chips instead of the white chocolate chips of you prefer.
Mini Reese’s Pieces – The miniature Reese’s Pieces work just as well in this recipe as the full-size!
How to Store the Cookies
Keep the cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to five days, or freeze in zip-top freezer bags for up to three months.
